The call name of the second team, which was established in the Eskişehir 4th Air Base Command in 1955, is FLYING SWAN. The last military F-86 Saber to fly on Earth was retired in 1994 in the Bolivian Air Force. These fighters, which have served in the Turkish Air Force for many years in the past, use a General Electric J47-GE-27 turbojet engine (including Canadian-made aircraft). This aircraft, which proved its superiority with its high visibility canopy, radar that provides a shooting advantage in air-air battles, its solid exterior and 6 M3 Browning machine guns it carries, also flew in the Korean War.
